    Hey everyone,

My mother is having some issues with circulation and uneven blood pressure. It might be a bit specific but I’m just wondering if anyone knows anything that can help promote circulation and balance out blood pressure? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

The info you will get about the topic will correspond with what medical treatment will give. Exercise, hydration and dietary changes. Depending on the condition certain foods may help or not. For example ginger lowers blood pressure and dilate blood vessels, which may be good for someone with high blood pressure, but they should not take it if they have a bleeding disorder.

This is something that should be discussed with a doctor or better yet your doctor and a certified nutritionist.

But physical activity, exercise, breathing techniques, massage and some forms of acupuncture can help with circulation because it is moving and relaxing muscles and tissues. Aromatherapy is good if her blood issues are also linked to stressors. Since we attribute certain scents to emotions which can effect state of mind. For example most find lavender calming and mint a stimulant. For me I find mint calming and citrus a stimulant. And I use these scents to help me put me in a state of mind or emotion such as sleep or getting ready for a social event, and in the past without using these to help trigger my desired state I would just be stressed and I would suffer from palpitations and what not. So it’s mostly a tool for managing stress and anxiety for me.

Sodalite, labradorite, larimar, malachite, lapis lazuli and rose quartz, rainbow obsidian, and aventurine would all be beneficial to meditate with.

For serious health concerns, you’re better off speaking to a health professional.

We might have some things that can help (maybe meditation to assist with the blood pressure) but as this is primarily a physical health issue, it’s best to trust an actual doctor on this and go with what they suggest.

Well first you must know what caused those issues. Then you can focus on treatment.

Before you get diagnosis and meds from her doc, petition archangel Rafael for healing.

When I have issues with circulation I use ginger and cayenne pepper I’m not sure how that affects blood pressure but it definitely gets the blood moving

Hi. For the blood pressure she should advice with doctor (as she is already doing) cause it may have a lot of impact on what she can or cannot use. I myself have plain circulation issues (cold feet and that sort of stuff) but have a stable (on the low side) blood pressure. So ginger is great for me and especially indian chestnut with gingko biloba supplements are a lifesaver for me. But as I said, if her blood pressure is out of control, she needs to check on use of any natural substances with the doc first ok? Hope she gets better.

For spellwork, no, but as others advise, diet and exercise are essential. I would advise against using any elixirs or any eaten substances. Also, ensure that her Dr is considering all aspects, hormones in particular. I had multiple causes for a serious hypertensive episode last year, and by far the worst culprits were poor diet, not enough exercise, and being on estrogen birth control. I have insulin resistance (part of prediabetes) and I can tell when my insulin is too high because my blood pressure goes wild. Definitely get a cuff and learn how to monitor at home. Keeping a diary of stats like heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, diet, exercise can be very helpful to Dr’s.

Now, crystals don’t hurt… I like to keep a bit of rose quartz around me. Some others… I think angelite and a bit of a specific jasper iirc. No idea if it works but at worst I’ve got a nice crystal in my pocket 🙂
