Ok, so, I hadn’t given much thought to my spirit guide, but after this I have, so my first question, I suppose, is how do I contact my spirit guide, and is that even something you can do on command?
Second question is a bit more complicated… so I have a therapist (really cool guy, very capable, very open minded, kinda spiritual even!) And to get past some issues he performed some hypnotherapy on me, which was the absolute coolest this I ever experienced, he put me ‘under’ and by that I mean he had me travel, first inside myself, and then to a ‘peacefull, happy place’ idk, whatever, but I went to this beautiful forest full of magick and stuff and at some point I noticed a beautiful woman, and she was so wise and loving and caring and she helped me sort my energy a little, and guided me through the process, I was really interacting with her and feeling her energy like it was a completely different person.
Now, after I ‘woke up’ I kinda assumed she was just a representation of my subconsious self, but as time went I kinda started doubting, because she really didn’t feel like she was me, and that feeling only intesified after I had hypnotherapy by this guy again and had a whole conversation with my subconsious self as ‘we’ were working together to sort some more shit out, and I could clearly feel that I was talking to myself (which was both very insightfull and hillarious at the same time, because imagine just standing in your room having a full conversation with yourself, you know, turning your head everytime ‘the speaker’ changes, thats kinda what it felt like inside my head, it still makes me laugh), which felt very different from the other time. So question: did I meet my spirit guide, and also, how tf do you know if who you’re talking to is your spirit guide???
I am very new to all of this, so I indeed know nothing, just call me John Snow.

It sounds like your spirit guide to me or possibly an Angel guide. My Angel is stunning.

It does sound your spirit guide or at least one of them. A person can have more than one.
How do you know it was a spirit guide? They tend to be loving but reserved. They can also be very direct in their words or actions. Simple, uncomplicated, direct. That’s how I would describe them.

I think you experienced a past, current or future life!! Did you go on a cloud? If so this was a regression that moved you forward or backward in time. It could even be a separate entity that attached to you, hence the conversation with yourself. Ask if you can review the recording. You will know when you meet your guides.

I do something very similar myself. Did the hypnotist say that you could expect to meet your spirit guide? Did you ask the lady what she represented?
