Help understanding the afterlife, please someone explain

I’m really confused about something and I can’t seem to get answers anywhere. If someone has an answer for this please dm me or reply.

So if you’re a spirit, specifically a grounded one, are you able to go back in time and observe past memories you had in your life? Like watch and be able to look at the good moments you had, in like a 3rd person way. Or maybe even first person?

Yes, there is a review process. Specially in 3rd person where one sees not only one’s point of view but others in such events.
