How can I channel messages from my guides?

My guides are trying to send me messages but I don’t know what the hell they’re doing or talking about.
I haven’t seen them in WEEKS. Normally, they pop in every once in while (maybe once or twice a week), send me their messages, and then leave.
Now I’ve been seeing angel numbers everywhere I turn to let me know that they’re there. I can feel that they’re trying to tell me something but this new method that their using is not working for me lol.
Them sending me messages directly has stopped ever since I went through my 2nd spiritual awakening (ascension). I thought it was over and that things would go back to how they used to be, but I guess not
I don’t have any tools (cards, pendulums, etc) to channel them so are there any other ways I can receive their messages and communicate with them?

ask them to teach you their language. it will take time, but there is no rush since you are recently ascended. connect with them inside now. you’ll need to go inward to sense their messages. Meditation will help too.

or that’s what mine suggest you try. they also said to ask the guides to switch channels if they haven’t.
