How can I find out myself who I was in a past life ?

Look up Dr. Brian Weiss and follow one of his regression meditations. I don’t know the titles of all of them so you have to look for the one that shows you what you want to see.
Edit: Not Michael Weiss. Brian is his first name.

I found out on my own. It is quite sad my last life. I really wish I did not know.

Enter your akashic records. In religion it called the book of life. To enter it you have various meditations. You can also buy audio books on platforms such as audible from amazon.

I’d advise working with at least two psychics, with the other one for second opinions. You should work with them first on other things — things that you already know — just so you can be confident in their abilities. And to find them in the first place I recommend either getting personal references or becoming familiar with the community.
Canned meditations are all right for a lot of things but they can’t pull you out if you become uncomfortable.
