How did my dad pass?

My first impression is that it was heart related. Iām so sorry. šš¼

I believe that it was a pulmonary embolism. The other medium is right, a piece broke off and ended up causing a heart attack. It was quick and it was not. Your father had low back pain and fatigue the week leading up to his death. His wife can probably confirm that. At one point the clot broke apart and traveled thru his heart from his lower extremities. It traveled thru his heart on the way to his lungs. This might be related to a genetic blood clotting disorder, but I suspect that your dad might have had a tic bite that went undetected and the combination made him more suseptable to a clot. I say this because you mention that you are suffering from an illness, and I believe that your symptoms might very well be related to his illness.
