How do you feel about the people that do tarot cards on TikTok?

When you receive tarot readings on your fyp for tiktok, do you feel as if those are accurate readings? It’s a tarot reading that gets viewed by so many people and are read by strangers. Do you think it’s all bull and one should just read their own, or the algorithm does manifest what is accurate for you in the universe. Interested to hear your thoughts!

These readings definitely feel suspect to me. I think the best tarot readings are done when the reader knows significantly about the querent’s situation so they can interpret the cards in context. I doubt a tiktok tarot reading can offer anything but random advice.

i don’t like the vibe at all. i think it’s a bit too flashy and it give tarot a bad image as like cheap fortune telling

I think it depends on what you believe. I don’t see tarot readings on my fyp but I do get horoscopes on Twitter and they’re pretty accurate for the most part. Sometimes in weird ways. I think some messages are for you and others are just there and not messages at all. It is up to you to decide what is what.

I respect that some ppl just need some extra money lol but I don’t like that a lot of them are like “this video was meant fo find you i pulled x and my spirit guide is telling me your ex is coming back to you and everything will be ok” it feels very manipulative, and some ppl are using totally unpredictable meanings and twisting things to get clicks… but some ppl do have some good ones, and yknow if you believe in fate/destiny i do believe that the right videos can find u
