I don’t want to believe in things that aren’t real but sometimes these things seem real. What makes you believe?

If you observe things for simply what they are, experiences, you’re likely to not fall into delusions. If you apply an interpretation on what you experience and try to explain it, then there is room for potential delusion.

We don’t necessarily know the reason or meaning of non-physical experiences.

I always look at things in terms of results. When you start to see the real healing aspect from the work done by yourself and the people around you it all starts to really make sense.

With that as well we have to commit ourselves to some level of delusion in terms of general beliefs to do this work. We need to separate ourselves from what we were taught to believe from what is. Skepticisms while healthy to an extent can be our own ego holding us back

My advice for anyone with these thoughts is to get on top of your mental health. Find a therapist you like, and talk to a psych if you may have a mental health disorder. There’s nothing wrong with spiritual or psychic exploration, and it’s ok to have your own beliefs. But an outside perspective will help keep you grounded.

I’m schizophrenic and psychic. How I tell the difference is what happens when I’m on medication. On the medication, the delusions and hallucinations go away, but the psychic experiences don’t.

I certainly have fallen into delusions before when trying to interpret or form a story around “supernatural” things that I experienced. Mainly years ago

I went into spiritual psychosis during my time in an extremist abrahamic based cult. although the beliefs instilled into me were firm, and i even interpreted a sense of beauty in them and the madness, my soul always just had a bad feeling. the longer i was there the more crushed my spirit was until i reclaimed my own truth. delusions will crush you, but the right path will free you

Its the realization that you dont actually know if anything is real. We may be able to measure an orange, see its color and shape, weigh it. but at the end of they day we perceive it from human perceptions not objectively.

What I’ve noticed in most ‘spiritual’ people who end up delusional or in spiritual psychosis is:

Excessive spiritual consumption, one becomes a spiritual junkie, always looking for the next spiritual fix but never quite feeling centered or grounded.

Spiritual Bypassing, using spirituality to avoid dealing with emotions, practical day to day life situations.

Being ‘Spiritual’ but refusing to do personal work, always blaming your issues on negative entities or believing people are always after spiritually attacking you.

Highly Spiritual but lacking any personal growth

Believing everything and anything is a sign from some spirit or deity , sometimes it’s just life, the natural order of things.

    Extreme disassociation and desensitization.

These are some of the signs it’s headed to delusion.

It depends. There is an extremely fine line here. Spiritual psychosis is real!!!! Keep yourself in check. For example, I know I have a deeper knowing because it’s been confirmed by others so it is not just my belief. I would know something was wrong if I were believing things and others were not concurring.

For example, you may accurately predict an outcome and it will be resonated through others. If you start believing you have powers like you can read minds or you start thinking with sort of a “God complex” I would see someone. If you start seeing things, hearing things or having visions, seek some help…

    Who decides what is real?

I find your perspectives so interesting. To be clear i bounce things off of other beings to check. This is a mirror dimension after all. A little of my perspective. You are an alien being to the entire universe. What do you? You learn as much as possible of course. Much like a cosmic being. Any harm or help is purely unintentional. You don’t understand others reality. For example. A person is fated to be in a wheel chair their whole life. You give them the ability to walk. You’ve just punched a hole straight through reality. Any being with a transcendent mind would feel it. Deities work with the natural order, that’s where their power is. So something like that. Yeah. Instant blood red flag.
My spirit animal/guide is a shark. I cause spirits to manifest in my presence, humans can see them. To me, i see their core only. When they’re in the next veil over. I see them as a shark does. EMF waves. They look like a cloaked being. An “invisible” person, losely used.
“Sir, whatever do you mean. I’m just a normal dude”
Them: b**ch please. You’ve met the architect. You’ve had old beardy themselves say they can’t destroy you and they want nothing to do with you. You freak out an omnipotent GOD.
So reality. Me: what’s that? :3 heeeeee

I hope it helps: you don’t need to believe, when something is, it is, believe or not is the same. And also always remember that you make your destiny.

I will give you some examples:

    – Let’s suppose you use tarot cards, I read in the tarot that tomorrow will be a crash of cars.

Before all, don’t be all the day thinking or not going out of your home for a crash of cars. So in every way possible, always stay objective.

First: let’s say there are two possibilities, first, it doesn’t happen. Then you know that believe in that could be a mistake, and you can give it more chances or not, it depends on you.

Second: It happens, and you see a crash of cars. You can be involved, or maybe you can be helpful helping people. Knowing it before it happens maybe prepared you psychologically. Something important here: The fact that you didn’t believe in it doesn’t change it also, because what it is, it is, there was a crash.

Now you can believe on that after it happened. So is always a belief based in your experience.

When it happens with a lot of things, then you start to believe not before. And also it doesn’t mean that you will believe in everybody using tarot cards, it means that you believe in you using tarot cards, so you always must believe in you. Also, as decision maker. The power is not on the cards, the power is in you knowing maybe what going to happen using that paper.

    – Let’s suppose that you are in your bedroom and something moves, and it happens a lot of times, and you see it.

First: It could be something physical, and you find the reason, which would explain it, or it can happen that are not finding the reason, but still physical. If there is physical, it would change anything if you think that it isn’t? You would experience the same if you cannot find the reason that if there was a ghost or something.

Second: Is something like a ghost or something. Well you say okay is a ghost and start to believe in ghosts.

If the second option happens, it means that always that you see something moving will be a ghost? Not at all. Like in the tarot example, you don’t need to trust in all tarot people, you don’t need to trust in every situation that there is a ghost or a paranormal thing. Just trust after it happens, maybe.

Staying objective, which harm could happen only if something moves? What would be so different in your life if something moves? (think it without emotions and no fear) you can see that you still have all the power in your life, so if something moves, and you don’t want it to move you put inside something and that’s it or similar. Also, there could be a lot more that we don’t see as for example the Wi-Fi, we cannot see the Wi-Fi, but it’s there, but it changes anything? You sleep at night even with the Wi-Fi that you don’t see in your bedroom.

    – Truly, the situation doesn’t matter at all it matters what you receive from that and that makes your beliefs, our understanding is subjective so is important what is important to you.

    – Always trust in yourself, besides the situation paranormal or not you have the power as creator of your own life.

    – Trust based in experience is the best way, it’s still not objective, the human race it isn’t, but you will be your inner or own guide and what is outside are only representations of realities for you.

    – Your belief will change in different phases of your life, which is good because you are a flowing person.

    – Where is the faith or belief is the power, try to determine your belief according to which is better for you and makes you feel better too, and you resonate with. So if you believe in a rock helping you and giving you the power to heal cancer, If you truly believe you can be healed. Not because of Christianity, it can be in a lot of religions even it’s psychologic, one example of this would be panic attacks or even agoraphobic persons or people vomiting blood every day without clinical harm because of anxiety (no joke). Also, you can see it in this pandemic that there is a lot of people with different beliefs about that.

    – Also even with this there are some things that we don’t control and as the first example of the tarot cards even you believing on the crash maybe it doesn’t happen. Because what it is it is and not always matters if you believe, but you can believe after it happened for you and if it’s according to what you feel and resonate with it.

I know I wrote a lot but hope it helps =)
