How should a group of 5 (20s/f) prep for a private group reading with a medium I trust.

I, personally have no one specific I can think of I’d like to come through (beside a spirit guide whose with me for life, also my pets lol)…

I have been to [this mediums’](https://karenkilmartin.com) free audience readings and people bring objects that remind them of the one they want to come through- they’ll ask their loved one to mention said object if they connect to the medium.
Objects like a letter, necklace, basically anything you can hide. There was no way she could’ve known these random things in such detail, and to repeat, “you told me to say this” lol

So yea anyway I was wondering if there is advice on how to prepare for a reading?

You say you ‘trust’ this medium, so best would be to ask that medium how you can prepare best for their reading. However, you should know that you do not have to prepare yourself for anything. There is often a goal why you are attracted to mediumship services in the first place, that’s enough.

I actually do not advice anyone to bring object with them. It will bias the reader, unnecceraily. You could bring the item with you without showing it. Let the medium tell you that you’ve brought their item. That will act as extra confirmation that they are communicating with your person/pet on the otherside.

Group meditation 30/45 mins before hand would be ideal I believe.
