How to better or rather start to receive info from spirit/ or those who have past?

I do tarot cards more and more ever since I started but the thing is I want to start receiving info about the spirits who’ve past better.

Let me clarify.

Usually the only way I can see or hear them is if I’m alone. When I’m alone in silence by myself I can close my eyes and I feel something talking to me or I can have small visions of the spirit talking to me or them just being present. I also can receive info about the spirit if I’m at the scene of it all. For example a car crash or i have a connection to the person in front of me. Some way I have to be involved in order for me to receive or be able to help the spirit that’s passed.

I want to learn how to do it just with random people or at random times so I can help those who need it.

I just don’t know how. Any advice?

Meditate, clear your energy, ask spirit guides to help. Ask for protection and only love and light healing messages. Don’t second guess yourself.

If the goal is to help, spirit that needs help will come to you.
