How to develop my abilities……….?

Well to start off, I’ve got some clairvoyant abilities. Ever since the start of my spiritual awakening (around 5-6 years ago) I’ve had many premonitions. I’ve also 3 spirit guides who guide me and visit me in my dreams from time to time. I also get visits from my dead relatives ( some, even gone long before I was born). Like me, my mom is also spiritually gifted, although she doesn’t have control over it like me. She also gets premonitions ( mostly about deaths). So my question is, How can I consciously use this abilities? How can I connect with my relatives or spirit guides? Please share some techniques or practices I can do to enhance these abilities. Thank you in advance.
