How to find a reputable medium?

My best friend passed away a couple of years ago and although I know nothing about the spirit world or anything, he did and I thought for sure by now I’d have gotten some kind of sign or message from him. I also moved across the country though and I remember him telling me once that things can be different in the spirit world in different parts of our world. Anyway, I’ve been wanting to try and connect with him somehow. Theres a lot I want to say but didn’t get to before he passed. I’m just worried of getting scammed and I don’t even know where to look for a reputable medium? What should i look for In a medium and are there any recommended platforms to look at for one?

The first “platform” you may want to try is your own friends and family. Have any of them had a positive experience? Can they point to the same medium? If you trust these people then it’s easy to extend that trust to one that they recommend.

All other platforms are suspect. There’s word-of-mouth, but what’s that worth from Internet strangers? What’s that worth in this field? Getting medium readings isn’t a *hobby*. It is personal and private and most clients go back to their lives once they’re satisfied. They don’t tend to hang around to give references.

There’s dedicated websites and there’s social media websites. The dedicated ones have a financial interest in you. Some people say that the reviews on them are more trustworthy, but they seem easy enough to fake or cherry-pick. You could say the same thing of reviews on Reddit, but at least the medium can only do so much to confuse things.

Lacking a solid recommendation, your best bet would be to go with a medium who works for nothing *or* who has a generous money-back guarantee.
