Hi everyone! I feel like I have a weird situation going on and I need help.

A while ago, I had a very strong urge to cut my hair because I was terrified that spiders would come into my hair and lay eggs or whatever. Weird… I know… but listen. Ever since I’ve cut my hair, I’ve had nonstop run ins with spiders. A week after cutting my hair, I had a spider with eggs on top lay on my head. I’ve had spiders crawling on my back without me noticing. I’ve had dreams of them jumping onto me. Now, they’re coming inside my home and room and biting me while I sleep. Every time I feel myself start to relax and want to get over this, one comes and crosses my damn boundaries and I’m back at square 1 again. It’s been very distressful as I have arachnophobia and it’s even made me step back from my craft because I’ve been having so many panic attacks. I can’t even smoke and chill in peace with my cat on our balcony.

When I cut my hair, I saved it to use for a spell but never got around to it so it’s just stayed in my drawer. I didn’t have spiders near or in my home before I cut my hair and I think if I can get rid of the hair, in a safe manner, then maybe this problem will go away.

I’m not ready to face this head on and I just need to feel safe within my own home. I don’t want to be fearful of going to sleep or even going outside. As much as I want to get over this, I can’t help that my body gets paralyzed with fear every time I see or feel one around me.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Would getting rid of the hair solve this? Do I just need to do a banishing spell in my home? Am I just crazy? Lol. Thanks in advance!

You can dispose of hair by just throwing it outside, it’s biodegradable and sometimes birds will use it to build nests. Also birds eat spiders.

As far as spiders go alot can depend on your location and the weather, there could be a mundane reason for your, uh, houseguests.

If it’s at least somewhat long, you could donate it to Locks of Love or a similar organization.

I burn it. Fire is the ultimate cleanser.
