I recently reconnected with my spirituality, my abilities came back after sobering up 2 years ago.
Since that happened, I have had chronic migraines.

I eat well, activities daily, meditation, journaling everything the doctors could come up with and yet I’m still down and out.

As my abilities seems to get stronger, as I connect more and more with spirit and the collective, I seem to get more migraines or fatigue.

It’s really effecting my life and if anyone has any advice, I am here to receive.

    Love
    Amanda

Are you grounding regularly? Not earthing, actually grounding. I visualize roots growing out of the soles of my feet, growing deep down into the earth. I make it as real as possible, feeling the soil moving aside, feeling my roots wrapping around rocks and other roots as they descend. When my roots reach the center of the earth, I use my breath to cycle energy, pulling healing energy up from the center of the earth and releasing any excess/negative energy, sickness, pain, tension, blockages, etc back to the earth to be healed. It really helped me. I had a major acceleration of abilities/spiritual awakening/enlightenment experience/Kundalini rising (whatever you want to call it) in 2018 that came with intense physical sickness I went from being told that I should consider admitting myself to the hospital to *healthy* in a few weeks. No meds, no sickness, no symptoms, no fatigue. I was dealing with daily bouts of headaches, nausea, dizziness, and lightheadedness that would literally incapacitate me for hours. I started doing this (30+ times a day at first!) and *immediately* felt better. Before you ask, yes, I saw doctors, specialists, had tests done, was on medication, and even had exploratory surgery. No doctor ever found anything wrong with me, and every test was negative. The symptoms improved as soon as I started this practice, and they haven’t returned in over two and a half years.

I have heard migraines, depression, and MS are all signs of psychic ability/mediumship. I hope as you continue to develop your skills that they ease. Sending you love and light!

Well, it depends what you’re doing with your abilities. Talking with the dead a lot, is rough on the physical body. You’re running “death energy” in your system, so that tends to be hard on the bodies energy system over time.

If you’re psychic but not dealing with the dead, you are still doing “work” when you’re looking to see things with your other vision. Psychic work, is “work”. After any kind of work, you need to eat protein immediately afterwards and drink water. It’s like if you were doing a work out you have to take care of yourself right after the work out.

Migraines could also be a block somewhere in your system, not necessarily in your head, it could be an issue with energy get trapped in your head and not flowing out. You may want to try acupuncture, which IME is really good at figuring out where the energy system is blocked and helping to restore harmony in your body.

You may also want to check to see if you are adequately grounding, centering and shielding before you work.

Personally, my health was never good. I was sick as a teenager and child, so it’s been a constant battle to find a version of “healthy” for me. I have my baselines though, and if my health declines, usually it’s related to stress (or trauma, or PTSD). Then I have to stop doing spirit work/psychic work to self-care, and work back up to a place where I can work those other muscles.

Hi! Not a medical professional at all here and not speaking spiritually. But I had migraines that stemmed from the spine. So sitting too much in a day would spark one – took awhile to find a physical therapist that said migraines are triggered either by hormones/chemical things in the brain or by the spine. But I’ve seen a chiropractor who thinks the spine one is false — but after experiencing it and having a PT show me exactly how to combat it – I’m a believer. Hope this is helpful somehow.
