How would one go about offering perfume to the gods?

I made some for Persephone and I don’t know what to do with it. I could pour it out for her or leave it on the altar? I could spray it in the air every time I pray to her?

Aw, spritzing a bit when you pray to her sounds like a lovely idea.

That’s so awesome that you made a perfume. I haven’t made anything for Isis besides birthing a few babies and raising some plants. I need to treat her better.

When I have smelly-goods I gather dried flowers, leaves, pine cones etc from outside and make my own potpourri in a small bowl, then spritz or drop the aroma on top. Then when I’m done with it, straight to compost and back to the earth! (If you know the ingredients in the perfume to be safe, that is)

You know, because it is Persephone, you could just make a small hole in the ground, and put a few drops in. Underworld and all that. BB.

I have a spray I use for The Lady (Fae) I spray a little on a scarf and leave it on the altar a small distance from the other offerings

I also have a roll on I use to draw runes on my person or non food offerings
