I connected to a working police horse

I was at a music festival this weekend and they had the cops walking around on horses. My boyfriend wanted to go pet the horse and we overheard the cop say they just use them as working horses. Meanwhile a drunk guy was talking to the horse like an “are you gonna buck me?!” I felt so bad they just looked at them as animals and not souls so I decided to try to connect to it. I am new to being a medium and I have never attempted this and I was shocked. I started to pet the horse and try to connect to it saying over and over “I’m so sorry I love you”. I said this a few times and all of a sudden the horse looked back at me in my eyes. We looked at each other. My boyfriend told me was watching all this happen and he had a feeling of what was going on. Right after I walked away I got a train wreck of sadness from the horse, I am assuming this is my clairsentience? Also I very rarely read and connect with humans as I am not far developed medium yet and still working through shadow work but I felt so connected to the horse. Can this be because I feel more connected to animals than people in general?

Yes, I have done this often with the animals at the shelter where I volunteer. It’s empathic ability. They absolutely have emotions just like ours, and they understand much, much more than we give them credit for. Poor horse. 😔

I did this once with a cow that was in a trailer on the highway. He seemed so nervous from his body language and I tried connecting to him to let him know everything was going to be okay. Eventually he stopped pacing and he just stared at me until our cars split up.

Horses are incredibly good at communicating. Using animal communicators is VERY common at the race tracks. Keep using your gifts.

I totally get this. Thanks for posting because it’s I dont see too many posts I relate to. I am new to this as well but connection to animals seems to come naturally. It can be so amazing and so sad. I actually didn’t fully believe I was connecting to them until one specific experience I had. I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard a car screech to a stop and hit something. It could’ve hit a guard rail or a tree or another car but I just knew it was a deer. I felt the panic and fear and tried to reach out to her and calm her and just be there for her through the experience. I eventually felt her pass and when I woke up the next morning there was indeed a deer on the side of the road. It blew my mind.
