i got a small box lined each side of the box with mirrors and put in a picture of the person and wrote my intention on the back on the picture i closed the box and sealed it with black wax. i also held the box in my hands and sat there focusing in my intention. its been almost 2 weeks now and the person is still acting the same and it seems to be that its not working. can anybody give me some insight??

Give it time.
Here’s the thing that I really need young witches to understand: **witchcraft is not like television. It doesn’t work immediately.** It doesn’t usually work all that quickly. It’s gradual. You’ll see the cumulative effects of it happen eventually.

Open it and put the same intent into the petition, then put it back the box and reseal. Unless you’re new at this – then you should put intent into the petition several times. Repetition strengthens spells.

Keeping the box means that person’s energy is in your home. I suggest burying it somewhere away from your house, or sealing it from the outside and throw it in a river that flows away from where you live. An offering of thanks to the land where you dispose of it couldn’t hurt
