I got this deck from a friends a a gift, but he didn’t know the name since it was his aunt’s. The cards are larger than most, with cups replaced with hearts and the pages & knights replaced with princesses & princes respectively.

I used to have this deck but it got lost at some point. It is totally worth trying to get your hands on the book too.

The Enchanted Tarot is elegant to add to a collection though for me I find its art to be noisy and difficult to read.
