So you’ve prob heard the saying “jack of all trades, master of none.” And then I’ve seen people say things about putting your all into ONE aspect / goal / skill rather than putting a little into a bunch of things while also referencing this quote. But then just now I saw a video of a guy saying the greatest IS the jack of all trades, and I looked it up and found out that the original quote was “jack of all trades, master of none, but often times better than master of one.” So it’s saying (oftentimes..?) that it’s more beneficial to be the jack of all trades and be ‘versatile’ and ‘adept.’ So now I’m confused about this, I feel I’ve always leaned more towards wanting to be a jack of all trades, cuz my interests are very versatile. So what’s your advice? Am I missing something? Is there a balance to this? Help lol
