I Have A Serious Question On Moon Water

Do you have to make moon water just with the full/new moon? Or can you use any moon phase? If so, do the properties change?

You can use any moon phase! But yes, the properties change. There are several versions of the moon cycle (the 2 phase cycle, the 4 phase cycle, and the 8 phase cycle). I’ll be explaining the 8 phase cycle as the other two just remove some phases.

New Moon: New beginnings. Helps with gathering thoughts and planning. Great time for divination.

Waxing Crescent Moon: This is great for setting intentions. Attraction. Constructive magick. Luck.

First Quarter Moon: Taking action. Creativity. More divination. Motivating. Calming. Growing.

Waxing Gibbous Moon: Refining and honing. Success. Good health. Improvement.

Full Moon: Harvest endeavours. Reap what you have sown. Completion. Love magick. Charging. Healing. Banishing. Cleansing. Clarity.

Waning Gibbous Moon: Introspect. Reflection. Relinquishing. Undoing bindings.

Third Quarter Moon: Release. Let go. Breaking bad habits. Breaking curses.

Waning Crescent: Surrender. Rest. Recharge. Balance. Wisdom.

Realistically you can do it under any but I would expect the properties to alter slightly as it does with new/full.

For most uses most of the time I wouldn’t worry about it. The main worry for me would be making sure it doesn’t become sun water.
