I keep getting like flashes that last only a second?

Can someone explain these? Its just random alot of the times one was just a random think of water? And then lights from time to time. If i open my eyes during ill see like this hologram image moving away? What is this does anyone know? I asked what was going on and when I meditated on it it pointed to my third eye and then it showed like a cliff opening. Which i assume it was something telling me my “third eye opened” had anyone else experienced this?

I think it has to do with your pineal gland opening… I see sparkles of light almost every day..
I would love more information on this if anyone has it

These flashes. I had experienced similar thing and found out that for me it actually could answer questions in form of images flashing like that,although repetitively but on rare ocassions.
