NevilleParticipantHello, I just wanted to know if any of you can give me a bit of advice because I am suffering because whenever I am not actively busy I tend to wander off in my mind and think about the inevitability of death. Thinking of this makes me feel nervous, sad, and it uses up some of my time that I will never get back. Can any of you help me? Thanks for the help.

GuestFebruary 10, 2021 at 5:53 pmThere is a natural process that all living organisms follow. Life, death, and rebirth. Nobody is exempt from these laws of nature. Most people arnt scared to die when they know they have few hours of life left to live. The reason why is, they understand that they’re suffering will end. Death is not only beautiful, but also merciful. I personally believe in reincarnation, after our departure I believe that we are reborn.

GuestFebruary 10, 2021 at 5:53 pmDeath is a part of life, so I guess it would be normal to think of it? But not obsess about it. I could be wrong on this but do you have an underlying fear of it? I think we all do to a certain extent, but me being a medium I can see the other side ,and we pretty much just transition like that one person said, our body dies but our soul lives on. I guess some things that could help would be that you would try and get closer to our creator whether you believe it is the Christian god, budda, who ever you believe in? If you are worried about unfinished business, or a bucket list I would try and do what you have to do to get those things accomplished, because none of us know when our time is up, and tomorrow is not promised, I keep thinking steps ahead on my bucket list, like do I want to travel? or do something I have never done before? and I just keep putting it off, but come summer I plan on traveling. I guess if you do those things, you can think to yourself if I go tomorrow, then I have accomplished what I wanted to accomplish ,it might give you a sense of peace?
