I shared abt dreams with my departed father. Need help

Well, he has been visiting in my dreams and last night we talked as if we were on a video call, he was looking absolutely great. I told him to get a blue notebook and do the activities that I wrote on it (this notebook exists, but it is at my house). He grabbed and I said “Dad, you are doing pretty good aren’t you?” He replied “Yes, I am!”

As much as I enjoy his presence, I know it is not good that he is stuck here and I want to be with me. I want him to ascend and follow his next step.

I don’t know what to do.

Can anyone get a message from him and know why he is hanging out here? Explain that he must go on?
