Hello! A couple of years ago I discovered that the apartment my family resided in was haunted. Moreover, I discovered that I could hear and speak to spirits. They were a friendly bunch, all past residents of the place who have died somewhere around the area. My brother could see their energy and locate where they were in the room, so I’m sure they were real.
One of them, as the title implies, was in my body. He was the brother of one of the spirits and was just as confused as I was about our odd situation. His name came to me one day at school- it was a name I’ve never heard, the name of the Greek god of wind. He couldn’t take over for me or anything, not possession either. He just existed by me.
A couple months before my family moved, he just vanished. My communication with the others too was severed when we moved.
I was also going through a lot of trauma and stress around that time so I have acknowledged the possibility that he was/is a figment of my imagination. But I don’t think that’s it.
I want to see him and say goodbye properly, if that’s possible. We were really close, I even got him something for if/when we separated. He meant a lot to me.
I also want to know if he has some of my memories and if that can even happen. Any ideas/advice? Was he real or just a coping mechanism?

Whatever you experienced was real in that it made a lasting impression on you.
With belief and conviction, during a quiet moment alone, meditate on those feelings and say out loud what’s on your heart. While you don’t know exactly who or what it was you are grateful for the experience that helped you through the trauma.
With an open heart maybe you’ll see them again in a dream.

Probably the best way would be to get around that place again, if possible. I also lost contact with some spirits after I left places, though I never tried to find them again.

Sounds reasonable to me. We are all love energy after all! Some of us have bodies and others are in non-physical. I’ve been able to find guides or ghosts again just by thinking about them. I wonder whether they find me the same way😊🙏
