My “head” keeps telling me I have a negative/low spirit that has attached itself to me. Last night I was drawn to make a black obsidian and labradorite bracelet. I prayed over it and prayed for my guides to help release this spirit from me. I woke up sick this morning, but I also have a medical condition that makes me nauseous. Is this nausea I’m feeling from the negative spirit? How does it suppose to feel when a negative energy is leaving?? (I assume after they have left I will feel lighter but I think I’m in the inbetween right now.)

This is not a negative entity if only your head is telling you this. If there was somethign attached to you, you will know by the many negative effects it will have on you.
You can just do some cleansings in order to keep your mind and space clear. Instead of black obsidian, amethyst or clear quartz will be better for your situation.

I say “head” because I think its my guides telling me but im still trying to decipher between them and me.
