I suffer of PPD, which is paranoid personality disorder. I’ve talked throroughly with my psychiatrist and therapist about witchcraft and spirituality as I’ve always felt drawn towards these worlds.
BUT I knew my paranoid disorder would’ve peeked their way into my journey.
As previously said, after talking to my doctors, I’ve decided to pursue activities that minimum this illness I have:

    \- grounding
    \- herbs use
    \- spell/spray jars
\- altars not to worship, but to create a safe space for myself
    \- meditation & mindfullness
\- manifestation through journaling and other methods

    What do you think?

These sound like wonderful places to start!

If you haven’t heard of the Angel of Neutrality, that might also be a great topic to read up on.

Those all sound like wonderful ways to approach creating your own practice of witchcraft. I’d also consider casting a circle around yourself before you meditate. It helps me to become more mindful of myself and the space inside the circle, and to feel more separated/protected from everything that exists outside of the circle. Like meditating inside an invisible bubble. Also having a familiar ritual before meditation helps me to focus, as I often find peaceful meditation challenging.
