Im just curious in what you all think do I have gifts or is it all in my head?

Okay so awhile back 2 spirits hijacked my consciousness, one asked the other questions like going down a list almost on how they died.

And I have been meditating for about 7 months to try and increase my visualization. I grew up having Aphantasia which means I can’t visualize with my minds eye.

Ever since the spirit encounter Ive been able to see images that are not my own, some that are of someone on a mountain, the images are of people walking in blackness people I dont recognize on what seems to be water of some sort.

When I was deep in meditation at one point i saw a spirit floating in the corner of my room that just called out my name over and over and over.

At my old workplace ive seen gold floating orbs that zoomed past.

The images are shown in a type of energy portal it seems like that fluctuates between the colors Red, Blue Silver, Gold, and Green.
Behind the image portal seems to be my spirit animal which is an owl.

Sometimes as well there will be flashes of images in Sepia. Like someone took a photo and shoved it in my face.

And from time to time ill see random faces that pop up suddenly.

So am I a psychic and medium? Or is it all in my head?

It sounds to me like you are a psychic/medium, which is in fact “all in your head”. As within so without. This doesn’t discount your experience at all, I’d say keep going and see what else you discover.

I think the hard thing is that none of us know for absolute sure whether the things we experience are all in our head or not because all we’ve seen about psychic stuff in the media is so over-dramatised. In reality what clairvoyance and clairaudience is etc is actually really subtle.

The one thing I know for sure is that the flashes of images where you say it’s like someone took a photo and shoved it in your face? I’ve learned that that’s actually clairvoyance. You described it so well. It took me years to realise it because, again, in the media they make it out as if people just appear in front of you in human form, where that’s not always the case.

When I was getting my abilities I confided some details to my Dr without saying what I thought they were while at the same time telling a therapist about everything going on with the Dr and the testing. I wasn’t deemed mentally ill and I wasn’t having a physical reaction or cause. No seizures, no brain tumor or vascular problems. Only then did I trust myself.

My best friend was diagnosed with early onset schizophrenia in his teens but usually it’s between the 20s and 40s that most people are diagnosed so I couldn’t help but double check.

Sounds legit to me but if you’re worried and can do it, you can always get checked out.
