I’m looking for a spell to break generational curses.

I don’t know about spells. But when I do start to feel like I’m repeating family history I thank my ancestors for their gifts and the wisdom of their experience and I tell them that I will walk my own path now.

Someone who felt like they were a part of a generational curse here. Every woman throughout my mother’s bloodline had been abused by men. Not only that but as they got older they all looked exactly the same. I rejected my curse. My sister unfortunately did not. Either way the bloodline ends with us. We’re both infertile due to endometriosis. I like to think that I changed something. Because even if my sister couldn’t I was always going to step in and protect her child. My thinking is this. You can’t get rid of hate with hate. Change comes from love and acceptance. I think any curse can be broken through understanding. Understand why the people in your life fell victim in whatever way they have. And resolve yourself to change it.
I also yelled at the sky everytime something in life went wrong. So maybe try that too?

Look into cord cutting rituals. You may be able to craft one to maintain relationships (if you want them) while cutting the thread of trauma.

Maybe it is. As we grow up, we’re told that things work a certain way even though our gut tells us something else. Many of us must relearn how to listen to our intuition. If your gut is telling you something, consider taking it seriously.

I have no idea if this is a broad topic or a simple thing, but I’d be wary of ‘magic bullet’ cures for deep issues like what you are talking about. Maybe “treat the symptoms” a bit and the cure will come to you.

Generally these things are potent and intertwined with DNA. The “easiest” way is to let go and learn a lesson, changing it into a blessing. Transmutation is wiser than exorcising something stack with DNA. Though if you do end up going that way please attempt to replace the lost energy with your own and release it back the way it came. Astral projection can aid in this process.

Not a sexy magic answer, but sometimes generational curses are the result of generational pattern decision making. Ask for the clarity to investigate yourself and family on why things happen, what choices were made that snowball, what choices do you make because you were taught to make that sabotage your future?
Often the worst curses are the habits we’ve been taught to engage in that hurt us. Even the way we talk to to ourselves can be so harmful it sets us up for perpetual failure.

You’ve already got it: awareness and therapy. Time is the problem ingredient; there always seems to be not enough of it or too much already wasted. That’s a limitation we put on the spell that is healing, though, not some kind of “Truth”.
