Hi you guys, I joined this sub because earlier this year I had a very weird experience. Not bad, simply odd. Me and my void-boy were traveling cross country from Texas to Virginia for a new start when mid drive a bit late, something took over me and I had to stop dead in the middle of Tennessee. I made arrangements and found a simple hotel that allows pets to stay.
After bringing in a few items because I really didn’t plan on stopping, getting my cat all set up for the night, and talking to a friend on the phone since I was nervous for my first night kinda alone in a hotel, I went to bed.
While in bed, I woke up (?) sitting straight up screaming because I realized someone was in my room. It was a woman, with dark hair, not exactly pale skin but not dark probably a light medium tone, and a dress I would describe as a pale color. She immediately defused me and explained she was only there to pet my cat, and I immediately said “oh ok” and turned back to go to sleep. I remember she was telling me about how great my cat was but I was so tired from the drive I legit fell asleep immediately once I knew her intentions.
I eventually woke up again, and naturally felt a bit off. I checked all my locks to be sure no one came in and to no surprise they were all secured. Not really sure what I should do with myself after that experience considering it felt very real since it looked exactly like the room I was staying in (no dream feel).
I really would just appreciate a pm or recommendation for books to read up on, I feel like I just need a bit of guidance. Thank you!
