Is anyone able to tell me about the shadow people in my kitchen? I think it’s fine but need some reassurance.

Hi! I was wondering if anyone here is able to pick up anything about me and my kitchen? Bare with me, this post might be a bit long but I’m trying to give as much details as possible. There’s a spot behind the kitchen island that’s always felt a bit off. I think I’d best describe it as being neutral? Not good or bad, just different. I have two friends who are a bit more clairvoyant, one more skilled than the other with seeing auras and such. These friends two don’t know eachother. I’ve asked them to stand in the spot and they both agreed it felt different. We had a theory it might just be a ley line. Now, I’m more claircognizant (I always felt more sensitive but this was confirmed for me when I went on a ghost tour with my mom when I was younger (and dumber) and I accurately picked up on an energy the tour guide confirmed with a story.) and while my boyfriend isn’t the most in touch with his spirituality, I think he has some clairvoyant traits and is sensitive as well. I’ve noticed his grandpa’s presence is very strong around him. He seems to tend to astral project/lucid dream, and unlike myself, has told me he’s seeing “shadow people” in that area himself, atleast twice that he’s mentioned.

I do cleanse my space. The last time he saw them I cleansed pretty thoroughly and he saw them that same night, which is also why I’m leaning more towards this being neutral energy in addition to feeling neutral about that spot. I do also pray before I go to sleep and ask for protection, just as a spiritual hygiene type thing. If it helps anyone pick up on anything at all, I think I also sense energy near my bedroom door (I also have a cross hanging above it) but the other night, I had a bit of an unusual feeling. Maybe I was just sleep deprived but I thought I felt something in front of my bed. I’d still label it as neutral but the proximity made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy, especially not knowing for sure what this is…so I said “go away” out loud and asked for protection so I could sleep, *and then my ears started ringing*.

So I’m wondering what is it that I’m picking up on exactly? I’ve tried to ask my guides but haven’t been able to pick up on an answer if it’s been given. I’ve heard sometimes shadow people can be our “shadow selves” so I’m wondering if it could be that? I’ve also heard more sensitive people sometimes can attract other energy with the light they give off? Is it just the presence of a guide?

If anyone is able to help me figure this out I’d really appreciate it because it would put me more at ease! Please let me know if you have any questions that might help you better help me figure it out. Thank you!

I’m getting the presence of a child who had been feeling overwhelmed or scared of getting yelled at, and was hiding from a parent or caregiver in the area by the kitchen counter. Under the cross I’m getting the presence of a person who is resting, and needed sanctuary in that spot. When you spoke to them, they replied, and their response was something to convey that they are harmless. It surprised them that they seemed threatening to someone. They were very much in the thick of something emotional and resting from it for a moment. They are currently moving through the issue. By the time you read this, it is likely they have moved on from that spot-I felt their emotion changing as their presence was discussed.
