Is emotional eating a cancer thing? Maybe Taurus?

I have always been like that. Food is my comfort and always has been and I have my Sun in Cancer and Saturn is in Taurus with Jupiter. Does anyone have experience with that?

I feel it’s a trauma thing but I’m a cancer with emotional eating disorder.

I have a cancer sun, rising, mars, mercury, venus and north node, I can’t binge eat at all, always had issues with eating and having appetite (especially when im stressed)

i just try to turn my obsession with food around from being an emotional eater, to an emotional cook, who meal preps when im sad. my leo rising is to vain to let me overeat when I’m sad

Probably Cancer. I do it to some extent, and I have my Mercury and Venus in Cancer. But no planets in Taurus.

I was going to ask where your Jupiter is. Taurus loves comfort food and Jupiter can lead people to over indulge.
