Is President Biden in trouble? I was looking at Biden’s chart which has a Rodden Rating of “A” meaning the birth time is pretty reliable. Neptune is about to cross his IC late Feb which could be very detrimental to him. According to Rob hand, “the rug gets pulled from under you.” Thoughts?

Yeah, that’s a major aspect. When I experienced that transit, it played out in two ways. First, I had to face the music that the career I’d made myself pursue — that looked so good and even seductive from a distance — wasn’t what *I* truly wanted. Other people wanted me to do it, and I liked things I could do with it, but the actual doing of it was incredibly dull to me and didn’t feel true to who I am. I had known from the start that it wasn’t what I really wanted but had thought it would grow on me or that I could make myself become that. That opposition was when I accepted that even though I could mold myself into things in other ways, some things are essential to who I am, this situation was letting me see what was, and I needed to build my lifepath around that. The other thing that happened was my mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness. She died a couple years later when t.Neptune was exactly (to the minute) opposite my 10th house Moon. So there was an overall theme of things fading away. A career I loved the idea of (but not the reality of) and had already started building in the first case, a loved life in the other.
For Biden, when I first saw that, I did fear for his health. 🙁 But it might not be symbolizing his own life. As the president, he’s one of the most important public figures in the world. Neptune could be symbolizing how some others are treating his leadership — with suspicion, not understanding him, seeing him as a threat to their dreams/ideals, or perceiving him as a fraud/liar (like with conspiracy theories).
I pulled up a random date for him in the summer that had the t.NN conjunct his Saturn. I didn’t like the looks of that. 🙁 I haven’t looked at anything besides that. I hope he’s ok, but I could see the astro transits pointing to significant illness or even death. More might develop once Mars-Uranus move into his 6th house. Neptune as the (modern) ruler of his IC, which symbolizes endings, is one reason I don’t like the looks of that. But since his natal Neptune is in his 10th house, that could make his Neptune transits have a “natal promise” of dealing with 10th house issues, so reinforces it as being about his public standing. Part of me is tempted to look at more of his transits and read predictions, but I think I’d rather see how it unfolds in real time.

I just realized, he has quite a few Moon-related aspects these days:
1. Transiting Moon is almost exactly conjunct his natal Pluto
2. Transiting Mars/Uranus is loosely conjunct his natal Moon
3. Neptune is transiting his 4th house (as you said), which is a Moon-associated house.So I wonder how this may affect him emotionally. The Pluto/Mars/Uranus aspects are very potent, not just because they are conjunctions but simply due to the extreme/masculine nature of those planets. I bet he may feel very emotionally ‘heated’ and that his assertive nature may come forth more. That may also be true because Mars, the ruler of his Sun and which is strongly placed in its own sign, is in the 11th house of groups and so, as leader of a nation (a very powerful ‘group’), his Mars naturally comes alive and perhaps the aspects to his Moon will only strengthen his assertiveness.
But Neptune transiting 4th, and in its own sign Pisces, is also powerful. In a positive sense, it could make him much more compassionate and understanding, and able to see beyond himself. In a negative way, he could be overly sensitive or unable to truly tune in to his feelings, or may feel emotionally ‘jumbled’ and feel many things at once and thus may have a hard time channeling his energy, or he may not perceive certain things properly.
He has a lot on his plate and hopefully he can be compassionate with himself even in the midst of his strenuous schedule, but he may need to be careful to discern more clearly (Virgo in 10th house, with its ruler Mercury in Neptune’s own 12th house) and to take the time to really understand what’s happening.

That makes a lot of sense, he started out fast with over 30 executive orders, but he’s pissed off a bunch of people. On his inauguration day, ANTIFA protested in Seattle and Portland, calling out both Biden and Trump. Then, instead of the day being about Biden, it was about:
1) all the women present
2) Bernie Sanders and his mittens
Also, no one is really happy about an old white dude like Joe. Those who are happy are happy for “not Trump,” and the extremely polarized constituents of the Democratic party are now going to be holding Joe accountable. I’m sure the honeymoon period of his presidency will be over by the time you noted, so yeah, we could totally see something happen.

So working in electoral politics for a living, I can speak best to some of the external forces at play here.
1. Biden has always viewed himself as someone who can reach across the aisle and get things done, and in fact did so when he was in the Senate. However he hasn’t been in the Senate since 2008 and the state of play there has changed monumentally. A lot of pundits have mused that his goals of bipartisanship are a fantasy (neptune) and he may have to come to terms with that VERY soon.
2. The democratic party is still very divided. We came together to defeat Trump, but everyone within the party knew that those old grievances had only been put aside temporarily. I’m sure that he had a lot of ideas about what his agenda would be, but the left is incredibly wary of him, particularly given his middle of the road history. It could very well be that he may have to come to terms with the reality on the ground within his party (I think it is fair to call that a fourth house matter) and the dreamers within it (Neptune is much more in line with the political fringe for better or worse). He may find that he has less control over the policy agenda than a president might normally.
3. We still have to deal as a country with the political misinformation, and the phenomenon of each side living in its own political reality. This period may see that intrude into his interior realm given that the president really has very little privacy and literally lives in his place of work.
Obviously other transits are gonna be at play here, and there may be all sorts of personal things going on that we may never see given that this will be a 4th house transit. But those are some of my thoughts on what could come up as part of that transit.

He almost definitely has dementia in some form. I wish him well. I fear he is being used. Deceived even.
