Is there anyone willing to help me, as my mediumship is not my strongest ability at the moment?

I am looking for someone to help me figure out a situation with a boyfriend who past this past December. I have been avoiding my skills instead of setting boundaries so things have been very out of wack when it comes to spirit communication and me.

I am slowing getting back into my spiritual self care and protect, but I can’t seem to discern whether his energy is that which I am hanging into still and need to do inner work with and heal … Or is he around me for some reason that needs to be addressed? Some days seem great and I feel light and free of his energy, and days like today it’s like I feel his death energy or like he keeps trying to jump my body like he wants to talk to me and I am not listening.
