    Hi,

    I've had two experiences with hearing a voice in my head.

    1) I was talking to myself as one does and I asked myself a question and it was a yes or no question so I heard a yes and I knew for a fact it wasn't me so I was mildly confused.

    2) and this actually happened last night. I was sleeping and I was woken up by the voice again and what I heard was, check your phone because someone called and to my surprise I checked my phone and I saw a missed call notification.

    Can anyone can tell me what this is because I'm genuinely confused on what's happening right now.

    Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
