I preformed 3 readings here about 2 different co workers. It seemed to come out extremely negatively which did upset me a little. I’ll offer my interpretation and if anyone has anything else please chime in.

*Question 1: what are co worker 1 (boss) and co worker 2’s feelings towards me?*

3 of spades – she’s been dishonest, lying and potentially hypocritical. I need to beware of her and others around me. They’re also gossiping between each other. This can be creating further stress for me.

king of diamonds – (always seems to come up
in works readings don’t know if it symbolises one of the men there too)this card may show promotion? which is what I hoped for.

6 of diamonds – be careful of one or both of
them. There could be a loss of contact between us. I think this is about me and boss who I was close to once upon a time. May be symbolic of the fact I’ve not reached out anymore when I realised boss was two faced?

*I decided to delve further. Question: what are my bosses thoughts and feelings towards me *

8 of clubs – there’s a person blocking me from reaching full potential. There’s a woman who offers a conflict and I shouldn’t trust (manager)
8 of hearts – the woman in question is blonde, she’s actively trying to stop me from moving forward.
7 of hearts – I should try not to give up, and should avoid depending or relying on her as a friend

*I finally asked “what are the other co workers thoughts and feelings toward me” this is in relation to the same co worker in question 1*

8 of clubs – don’t trust this woman either. Conflict of interest here
7 of clubs – difficult situation here.
queen of clubs- be very careful of this woman. She’s malevolent, jelous and could be trying to actively cause harm. Maybe even worse than the boss in attitude.

2 cards flew out when shuffling 4 of diamonds which asks me to be careful. And king of diamonds. Not sure if it related to a man at work or idk.

Love cartomancy! It’s the second divination system I learned, tarot was first.
This king of diamonds energy has me intrigued. He’s usually a high level executive in a corporate setting or the big cheese in a smaller setting. I’m getting this is male energy in a high ranking position of power at your job. The 4 of diamonds, secure your work interests, protect your job. This also is a warning to safeguarding any intellectual work property or ideas.
The fact that you had 2 eights together is interesting, double and twine the energies of the cards when you interpret them.
I agree with your interpretation. Although I believe the 7 of hearts is encouraging you to come up with other options or, realize you do have them.
