Atheist celebrating Jul here. No religion needed! Everyone says “God jul” (literally meaning good Jul/yule) here to everyone else because it is literally the season. It’s like saying have a nice summer.

Lovely message, just a heads up that Islam follows a lunar calendar, so Ramadan moves up a couple weeks every year, so while it used to be near Christmas at one point, it actually happens in mid-April right now 🙂 should be back to Christmas in a few more years though!

Ramadan usually isn’t in the winter. It’s not typically any time; it changes when it is, but the winter is not most of the time.

Love the post and all, but come on. That is not even close to a proper spelling of Hannukah. You can go a few different ways with it, but that sure af ain’t one. It’s a little offensive, I just want to let you know, OP. Jewish holidays are hardly acknowledged in the U.S. as it is, and when they are, things like this misspelling are way too often part of that acknowledgement, and it does hurt. I know that wasn’t your intention, but again, I just want to let you know, it’s like a “microagression” — it really does hurt! I do like the post otherwise, and have nothing but love for this sub and witchery business in general. Anyway, take my loving upvote along with this comment.

I like this! My family has always celebrated many Christian holidays as an excuse away from work and school and to get with family and have fun. Whatever anyone celebrates I hope you find good times and much laughter ahead!
