Just had my third eye opened

Hi everyone it’s my first time to post here. I know a legitimate shaman for a long time and met her earlier today and asked her to open my third eye. What did you feel when you had yours opened? The shaman told me it opens gradually and I won’t instantly see spirits right away but it I will see one soon at a random time. Any thoughts?

Mirror gazing is always fun to do with an open third eye. I’ve seen my body shift into many of what I presume to be my ancestors/past lives and other dimensional beings- sounds crazy I know. But it’s really cool bc I saw a mongolian man as an ancestor and my 23 and me results recently updated confirming Mongolian dna from 7/8 generations ago. Sometimes can see the matrix. Try it out 🙂 i stare into my third eye and try to look at the peripheral while not blinking, same as aura. Only works when I’m spiritually aligned after lots of meditation practice.

Edit: also I want to emphasize that using your third eye -just like anything- is like building a muscle. Practice yields results, eventually it becomes muscle memory.

Edit: focus your energy on your third eye chakra and open it up. Wish I could describe it better but it’s a feeling that’s hard to put into words
