Late night experience at my Gran’s

Hi I’m not sure if I’m in the right place for this, if I’m not please tell me where to go. A couple nights ago my sister, her boyf and I where sleeping at my grandmas house on air beds in her living room. My sister and I are very attune to many things and she saw a dog following me around when I got up to go to the bathroom and grab a drink. Her partner also says he saw it. My gran has a dog but it can’t get into the house. My sister said she gilt scared and uneasy. Does anyone know what this means if anything ?
