libra rules over relationships as well so maybe you work with couples or do matchmaking of some type or you work with your partner

also look at where venus (the ruler of your midheaven) is in your chart for more ideas

Libra Midheaven here, and I definitely feel like I don’t work with the right team. Teamwork where everyone communicates, and is fair is so important to me. Also, hate lack of harmony. I need my environment to be harmonious, and when it’s not, and feels off balance I get bummed, and I get moody, and shut down lol I get stuck in my head. Just some insight as to how I feel with a Libra Midheaven. As far as careers for a Libra Midheaven I think they thrive in a profession where they can be creative like an artist or musician or where they can help people with their passion for fighting for justice like a lawyer. Their warmth and compassion would also make them a good therapist. Hope this helps!

As Librans strive for structure, organization and balance in their lives, the same is often true in their careers. As such, they naturally make dependable and steadfast employees who consistently apply 100 percent in everything they do. I would not say that Librans opt for mundane careers though, rather, they do really well in creative careers that require a unique and abstract way of approaching tasks. With this in mind, I often think that Librans are great ‘sales people’, making them great at marketing and advertising.

In Hindu Astrology, the sign of Libras are actually interpreted as merchants. It was never the Scales, but a shadow of a merchant carrying his goods; hence, it is not all about justice and the law because of that reason, it might come from its exaltation in Saturn.

Taking Libras as merchants, I’d say consider careers in business, executives, networking and HR.
