It’s a difficult one, there are many videos on YouTube showing “poltergeist activity” but it’s incredibly difficult to prove it’s not been fraudulently made unfortunately.

I’ve never seen one that’s impressed me but I probably won’t believe any of this truly until I’ve seen it myself.

It could be worth starting there perhaps ?

On Netflix’s ‘Surviving Death’ there are a couple episodes featuring a modern physical medium. She talks about producing ectoplasm but they don’t show it on film. She has a school or something you could research more online. I found it interesting but not convincing…
