Looking for the meaning // Venus & Mars Conjunction

Last night (July 11th) I spent my birthday with 4 friends looking at the stars at my cottage. We noticed the moon and what we thought was a bright star next to it. Oddly enough, the moon and star appeared so low while the stars were so high up – we discovered that it was Venus & Mars Conjunction!! so awesome

I’m hoping to get any information on what that may signify or the power it holds. Any information or personal insights would be greatly appreciated.

On a personal level or on a collective level? On a personal level it will entirely depend on where Leo resides in your chart, and whether or not you have any planets that will be influenced by the astronomical event.

For instance, (hypothetically) if this event occurred in your 11th house social sector, while the Sun returned to its point of origin in the sign the of the home, Cancer, this would support the theme of spending the evening stargazing at your cottage with friends for your birthday.

If the potential for romance existed at the gathering, the conjunction might have encouraged a few sparks to fly. At the very least, it would generate a little “push” that everyone would likely experience to a greater or lesser degree depending on how Venusian or Marsian they are, by birth, and what placements exist in their own houses of Leo.

Operating individually, each person would probably be feeling just a little more confident, a little more willing to be open with aspects of their feelings, energy levels would be increased, creativity would be heightened, there would be a renewed sense of passion for mutual or recently discovered interests, bolstering camaraderie shared amongst the group.
