It takes two people for a pregnancy so both the male and female should be charged. Just because the female carries it, doesnt exclude the male from the involvement of the ‘crime’ because the sperm was literally deposited. Irresponsible use of penis. So should be included in charges.

-I dont agree with this at all, just pointing out its completely unfair to label one person as a murderer and charge them for something the result of two people. Any other ‘crime’ would involve charges for all parties involved, even accessory after the fact.

Whats worse is they try to limit to the female by labelling them ‘patient’. It completely rules out the male involvement. Disgusting.

It wouldn’t just classify _abortion_ as homcide, the bill explicitly states fetus rights start at fertilization and there is no wording accounting for miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, certain forms of birth control, or IVF.
