    Is it possible to lucid dream even if I take medication to help me sleep? I want to try and practice, but I’m not sure if it’s possible when this medication knocks me out.

    Also- is it possible for hypnosis recordings (meant to be listened to while sleeping) to work while I’m on this medication?
