I have a black cat and he still manages to get light colored fur on my clothes. It think it’s his undercoat, but could be shipped in from another cat.

I’m a dog person, but man is this true. My last dog was black, my current one is cream colored, and I definitely look like a crazy cat lady all the time because of the light coating of dog hair on everything I own.

I’ve had several black cats. When faced with a dark-colored garment, their fur has the remarkable tendency to turn white. I think they’re like, “Oh a challenge.”

My sweet girl Harley had hair that was black on one end and white on the other! Nothing I wore was safe.
