My ex best friend was extremely toxic-lied to my family and friends about my marriage, literally pushed for me to get divorced over my husband not doing the dishes one night. Encouraged my negative manic periods because it was giving her the results she wanted. Not even regarding my marriage, she made me take out credit cards to help her buy ridiculously expensive things that she was supposed to pay me back for that she never did. She wreaked havoc on my coworkers after I finally went back to work after being on extended maternity leave. Long story short she was extremely selfish, negative, and draining. I’m not perfect either and there were good times in our friendship but I ultimately had to end it, and personally I’ve been thriving since. My mental health, marriage, career, family have all been doing great.

We got matching tattoos forever ago, it’s definitely fully healed, I’ve never had issues with it or any of my other tattoos. This past week and a half or so, the matching tattoo has been extremely itchy, I’ve gotten several pimples come up from under the ink, and now a mosquito bite directly on the butterfly’s body. Am I being superstitious or is someone/something trying to tell me something? Is there any meaning to this?

    Thank you!

-I should mention I haven’t had any breakouts/bites/rashes anywhere else*

Tattoos itch because your body is constantly rejecting it. Sometimes it may rise, some times it may itch or be a little warm.

Always look for the easiest explanation first. Your tattoo artist may have gotten a bottle of ink with a contaminant in it that you are at least partly allergic to. There are product recalls every day for one thing after another, because of something that isn’t supposed to be in something accidentally getting in. If it goes away, you are done. If it gets worse, see a dermatologist. Good luck.

I don’t have any tattoos myself but sometimes tattoo artists use different brands of ink for their tattoos if it does continue to be itchy or anything else happens I recommend going to see a doctor about it, it can possibly end allergic reaction if anything else happens.
