Meditation technique to allow my gifts to grow strongly?

Hello,

I am pretty sure I have the gift of clairaudience and also clairvoyance. I sometimes hear voices chattering right before I fall asleep at night. I also have always had a visual mind and sometimes have very vivid dreams. One of the last few times I heard a voice was when I was falling asleep and I was able to make out clearly what a male voice said which was just the word “okay”.

Is there a meditation practice I can do to allow spirits or the voices speak more clearly to me? Or appear to me? And maybe more often, so that when I walk into a room or go somewhere I can receive information about someone or something immediately (I know that’s not how it’s gonna work everytime).
