So, I’ve posted this on another subreddit but basically, a while ago I got a reading from an intuitive I really trust, and my question was to receive spiritual knowledge from my guides. She told me she would convey something my guides wanted me to know at a high level… so it might resonate with some of you, it might not. But I felt called to share it here as well. Here’s what she relayed:

“The life you are living now is technically a memory… or will become a memory. You are not living this life right now, you are remembering this life right now. All the lives you have ever lived and all the lives you will ever live have happened simultaneously and you are simply intently focused on this one right here, right now.
You can bounce your consciousness to one of your other lives, but "you”, [insert name here], would not know you are doing that. Only "you," your higher self, would know you are doing that.
So from the perspective of the [insert name here] character you are playing in this life, you will only be conscious of this one life.
Your higher self, however, is conscious of all of them and can choose to zoom in or out of any of them.
The effect they want you to take from this is that you can recall wisdom that you learned in a past or future life and pull it into this life to help you make decisions, gain perspective, and not take life too seriously while at the same time having and creating the best life for yourself that you can.
So when life seems scary or you feel like it's not going the way you want, try to fly your consciousness level up into the sky and look down on this life as a blip, an important blip yes, but just a blip in eternity. Extract as much joy from it as you can. And try not to worry about anything.”
