Got this deck for my recent birthday. I love the heck out of it – the art’s gorgeous, the choices are solid, I like the occasional play with traditional imagery (like how Ripley as Strength has a xenomorph on her card, presumably as a replacement for the lion), but I’ve got one minor problem with it. There are movie characters on each of the major arcana, the kings, queens, knights, pages, and aces, and there’s a list in the accompanying guide as to what character is on each card… except the aces. And it’s a couple of aces I don’t immediately recognise. I’m assuming the Ace of Cups is Alice (of In Wonderland fame), and tentatively assuming the Ace of Coins is Gordon Gekko, but I’m honestly not sure. Does anyone else have this deck and know better than me? Let me know.

(I changed the flair to “art” from “deck identification” because I already know which deck it is. Apologies for flair misuse.)

I just got this deck and have the same problem!! I have no idea where to find this info either. Here’s what I got after some internet searching:

Ace of Coins: Michael Douglas as Gordon Gekko in *Wall Street*

Ace of Wands: Bruce Lee as Lee in *Enter the Dragon*

Ace of Swords: Brad Pitt as Tyler Durden in *Fight Club*

Ace of Cups is really hard to find. I think it might be Rachel McAdams as Allie Hamilton in *The Notebook*. And I know that doesn’t make any sense really just looking at it, but if you look at her dress in the scenes where she goes on the boat with Noah, it’s really similar. Also, Ace of Cups signals the beginning of family, relationships, etc. and a desire for fulfillment, which would line up with why Allie came back to Noah in the end of the movie.

If anyone has anything that matches better, let me know!!
