Is there anyone who would be willing to help me? My best friend just passed last month and i was in jail during her passing. I then went immediately to rehab which i have since graduated and am now living in a sober house. I miss her so much and am trying to deal with her death while trying to keep my sobriety and sanity at the same time and its so hard. If theres anyone out there that can help i would greatly appreciate it 🙂

Sorry for your loss! It’s likely too soon to make good contact. Especially if you are still processing their passing. I’ve rarely been able to make good contact with a deceased person’s energy in the first few months.
I believe when people cross over, they go through a period of recovery from their earthly traumas and processing their bodily death. Time also works very differently beyond their veil.
My suggestion is to give it a few months, and work on your own energy and healing. You may be still feeling trapped and stuck, but you have the tools to free yourself. Physical incarceration can be easier to free yourself from than mental incarceration.
Don’t be afraid to call on counsellors for help as well as family and friends. Entities tend to stay away from people who are not in a mindset to receive messages.
I’m seeing your freedom from this stress coming, but it’s coming in slow steps. You will have to put in the work though to make this happen.
