I’d like to start by saying I love my job. It’s my dream job, in an awesome location and I get paid a great rate. While leaving is definitely an option, I’m looking for any advice ya’ll might have as to ways I can repel her negative energies away from those of us working under her.

There are multiple locations for our business and I work primarily in one building while she spends most of her time at another. I also have access to all buildings before and after close. I was thinking of starting by cleansing the locations to clear out any energies lingering from her and previous negative situations.

After that, I’m at a loss for what to do. Is there a protection spell I could use on our doorways? A specific crystal or sigil known for protection or maybe even the absorption of bad energy? I’m open to all ideas!

Usually just salt at doorways does it for a protection spell. If you don’t want to fill the entryway with salt and get weird looks from your colleagues, just put a little of it on an object next to a doorway or something, and state your intention.
Edit: Forgot to mention sigils, they should definitely help if you make a few and place them throughout the building.

Personally for these situations I would maybe try veiling, esp if youre an empath and pick up peoples energy a lot it just helps to kind of keep it off of you 🙂 Any kind of head covering works, even a bandana or headband if you want something discreet, its up to you.
